HOW TO ENTER

1. Make a purchase from The Frequency Collection + Luxe Candle Co + Ivory

Collective Haus.

2. Complete the online entry form with your name, email address and contact number.

3. Follow @TheFrequencyCollection on Instagram to qualify.

4. Your entry is valid for the monthly draw taking place in the month you enter.

5. One winner is randomly selected on the first Tuesday of the following month.

HOW THE WINNER IS SELECTED

The winner is selected at random using a computerised random name generator.

Before a winner is confirmed, we will verify that the selected entrant:

Provided valid entry details;

Is following The Frequency Collection on Instagram at the time of the draw; and

otherwise meets these Entry Rules.

If the selected entrant is not eligible, cannot be contacted, or does not respond within the required timeframe, another winner will be randomly selected.

HOW WILL THE WINNER BE CONTACTED?

The winner will be contacted by telephone and email using the details provided when entering.

The winner has 3 days to respond.

If we do not receive a response within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

THE PRIZE

The monthly winner will receive $500 AUD cash.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for another prize.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner may be announced on The Frequency Collection's Instagram account.

The announcement may include the winner's first initial and surname and, where

appropriate, or their Instagram username/tag.

We will never publicly publish the winner's email address or telephone number.

When entering, you will be asked to provide your name, email address and contact number.

Your information will be used to administer the draw and, where you have provided

When is the draw?

The draw takes place after the first Tuesday of every month.

How is the winner chosen?

The winner is selected randomly using a computerised random name generator.

What happens if I win?

We will contact you by email and telephone. You will have 3 days to respond.

If you do not respond within that period, we will conduct another random draw.

Will my name be announced?

The winner may be announced on our Instagram account using their first initial and surname and may be tagged using their Instagram account.

Can I win more than once?

No. A previous winner cannot win again using the same email address. They may only be eligible to win again if they re-enter using a different email address and meet all other Entry Rules.

Can I unsubscribe from marketing?
